HAI is led by Elliott Parker. Elliott led business design at High Alpha and has also worked with the world renowned HBS business professor, Clay Christensen, in innovation and strategy.

SRS & Co holds a GP ownership interest in frame vc, a Utah based private equity company. Frame invests in technology companies that are focused on solving problems that matter and providing resources to achieve those outcomes at scale.
Frame invests in experienced founders who are passionate about their industry, drawing on experiences operators, investors, and LPs.
Frame vc is managed by Scott Carmen and Rob Henefer whose experience includes the management of a $25B+ private equity portfolio. Fund I has closed and is maturing according to target. Frame is currently raising Fund II.

Applying its expertise in the commercial and multi-family real estate markets, SRS Capital advises its clients in real estate development, acquisition, capitalization and management.
